Although your order may be processed sooner, allow 5-7 working days to ship your order; Monday to Friday. During a typically busy period or circumstances beyond our control this may change at a short notice.

All our delivery prices include both postage and packaging and currently have a flat rate of delivery at £3.99 in the UK. There is free delivery for orders above £200.

If your item is returned back to us for reasons such as incorrect address, refused by the customer etc., we will issue a refund after deducting postage. If you wish for your order to be sent out to you again, it will incur additional delivery charges.

Currently we are delivering in UK only. We are going to expand to other countries soon. Sign up to our email notification to receive update on new delivery locations and our limited-edition product launches. Alternatively reach out to us through contact page and we can provide you latest update.

We hope you love and enjoy all our products, but if you have to, you can return up to 14 days of purchase. It should be unused and in its original packaging with labels intact.

All our products go through stringent quality check. In an unlikely event of it being faulty, we’ll cover your postage cost by way of refund. For ‘change of mind’ returns, you are liable to pay return shipping fee. Please fill in the contact form and choose ‘Returns or Exchanges’ from the subject drop down menu. Add your order number, product name/number(s) reason for return and we will revert to you within 2 working days.

We advise you return the item via tracked shipping as until the item reaches us, it is under your care.

Once received, we shall initiate a refund and/or exchange and will be in touch with you via the email provided. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return.

All our Fine Art original and limited-edition art prints are non-refundable due to the nature of sale. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out by filling the contact form.

Only our Fine Art original and limited-edition prints come with ‘Certificate of Authenticity’. All our limited-edition home décor products will come with a numbered label. The numbered edition you receive will be based on the order of the purchase. For example, if you completed the first purchase of a 200 limited edition piece, you will receive product 1/200.

We only use in-house original art and design and strive to make as many of our products as possible in the UK to reduce our carbon footprint.

We work with suppliers who can fully trace the origin of the raw material and ensure it is produced ethically.

Your orders will come wrapped in a luxurious tissue paper in original Keelash art. Our tissue papers and stickers with original botanical art are acid-free, recyclable, compostable and biodegradable.
