Pricing and Delivery
Home Décor
All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please note we currently only deliver to UK Mainland and deliveries to remote locations can take 10-15 working days on top of the advised lead time. Allow 5-7 working days to ship your order; Monday to Friday. During a typically busy period or circumstances beyond our control this may change at a short notice.
Delivery to most of the UK Mainland is free on orders over £200, this will automatically apply at checkout. For orders under £200, there is a standard delivery charge of £3.99.
If your item is returned back to us for reasons such as incorrect address, refused by the customer etc., we will issue a refund after deducting postage. If you wish for your order to be sent out to you again, it will incur additional delivery charges.
All our limited-edition home décor products will come with a numbered label. The numbered edition you receive will be based on the order of the purchase. For example, if you completed the first purchase of a 200 limited edition piece, you will receive product 1/200.
Fine Art
All art purchases are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and value. All items remain the property of Keelash until paid for in full.
We currently don’t deliver outside UK but where possible we can look into arranging international Shipping on your behalf. We will arrange a quote for your approval prior to shipping. No items will be shipped until payment is received in full. The courier company used for shipping your package is third-party company. Keelash cannot be held responsible for any actions, losses or delays on the part of the courier company.
Everything is shipped from UK. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes that may be imposed by the receiving country.
Please note we will only reserve an artwork once confirmation of payment is received.
For license to use art, full agreement needs to be in place with Keelash before use.

Fine Art
Due to the nature of the work, all our fine art original and limited-edition prints purchases are final sale. If there is an issue with your order reach out by filling the contact form
Home Décor
We hope you love your item(s) as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied you have 14 days from purchase to return the goods back to us.
Please fill in the contact form and choose ‘Returns or Exchanges’ from the subject drop down menu. Add your order number, product name/number(s) reason for return and we will revert to you within 2 working days.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You will also remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach us. So please use an appropriate service that insures you if the item becomes damaged or lost as we can’t refund you in these circumstances.
Once received, we shall initiate a refund and/or exchange and will be in touch with you via the email provided. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of your return. Unless the item is faulty, the refund will be minus delivery charges.
Damaged or Faulty
Every item at Keelash goes through rigorous quality check before dispatch. If you discover any fault or damage with the item(s), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email with a description of fault supporting it with images that clearly show the issue.
Your use of the website
You agree that your use of this website is for lawful purposes only. You agree that you will not use this website for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: the commission of a criminal offence, to gain unauthorised access to other computer systems; or for the transmission of unlawful material.

The images on our website are to be used merely as a guide; the true colours of the actual artwork may vary from the digital images viewed online. This website is owned and operated within the United Kingdom. Therefore, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom and the user consents to the jurisdiction of England in event of any dispute.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the information provided on the website is current and accurate, Keelash does not assume any responsibility including but not limited to inaccurate information or errors on the website that arise due to technical faults, third-party support for the website.

By placing a ‘pre-order’ with Keelash, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Pre-Order Policy
A pre-order allows customers to reserve a product prior to its official release or availability.
Estimated availability and delivery dates are provided on each product under the ‘Delivery Information’ tab, however these are not guaranteed and may be subject to change.
2. Payment Terms
To secure your pre-order, a payment of the item’s full retail price is required at the time of placing the pre-order.
By placing a pre-order, you authorise us to charge the designated payment method for the item immediately.
3. Order Confirmation and Updates
After completing your pre-order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase, and a ‘pre-order’ message under any relevant products.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Once the pre-order item becomes available, it will be shipped to the address provided during the pre-order process.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Factors beyond our control, such as manufacturing delays or supply chain issues, may affect delivery times.
5. Changes to Pre-Order Availability
Keelash reserves the right to cancel or modify pre-orders for any reason, including but not limited to production delays, lack of supply, or issues with the payment method.
In cases where we have to cancel your pre-order, you will receive a full refund for any amount already paid.
